«Силами спецподразделений МВД город Святогорск освобожден от незаконной вооруженной группировки сепаратистов. Силовики, которые принимали участие в антитеррористической операции, вытеснили незаконное вооруженное группировки за пределы населенного пункта. Жертв нет», — отмечается в сообщении.
В министерстве отметили, что Святогорск «имеет стратегическое значение, поскольку расположен на границе трех областей: Донецкой, Луганской и Харьковской».
В настоящее время, отмечают в МВД Украины, г.Святогорск и его окрестности патрулируются сотрудниками милиции.
